The Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Faulkner University is intentionally designed as a pre-professional program that prepares students for admission into our competitive graduate program in speech-language pathology.
Because entry into the profession requires a master’s degree and clinical training, our undergraduate curriculum provides the foundational knowledge, academic preparation, and early clinical exposure necessary to pursue advanced study with confidence.

Admission Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate with a regular or advanced diploma or have a GED certificate
- If out of high school for less than five years, ACT (minimum 18 composite) or SAT (minimum 970) scores are required. ACT or SAT scores are not required for anyone having graduated high school more than five years ago.
- ACT or SAT scores are not required for transfer applicants with a minimum of 24 transferable hours from a regionally accredited college or university.

The curriculum explores the core scientific principles of the health sciences and includes in-depth coursework in medical terminology, healthcare delivery systems, industry administration and leadership, bioethics, statistics, and research.
